Harvest Time Is Fast Approaching...

And that means the farm will be open again for Farm Experiences. 

We are cleaning and fluffing the studio inside and out where all the cotton crafting goes on.  A new schedule of events will be posted in the next couple of days as the calendar firms up for 4-H events, shooting sports and oh yeah, farming.

I love this picture! You are so beautiful and youthful!!! What is your skincare regimen?

We've had an eventful summer I hope never to repeat! Ben shattered his ankle 7/5/10 while heading out to gather cows. I had to run back, get the 4-wheeler, get him, then take him to the pickup, and keep my non-existent cool while driving 95 mph during the 27 mile drive to the ER! He's the toughest man I know - only groaned twice and knew exactly what we needed to do!

THEN - August 21st Cy broke his leg and growth plate while we were jumping on the trampoline. He was transported to Cardon Children's Hospital in Mesa. He will get his cast removed on Oct. 8th and then I hope life returns to normal chaos.

I haven't felt very cheery so I gave up blogging and turned to facebook where things stay light.
